Vorbericht: „25 Jahre Prophecy Productions“ – das Prophecy Fest im September 2021 in der Balver Höhle!!!

Ich gebe zu, in der aktuellen Situation, die uns alle seit Anfang 2020 betrifft, ist es nicht einfach einen Vorbericht für ein Festivals zu verfassen.
Wird es nun stattfinden können oder nicht? Wer weiß das schon?
Doch die Macher des begehrten PROPHECY FEST sind sich in diesem Jahr ziemlich sicher: das 25-jährige Jubiläum muss, soll, wird stattfinden!
Und ja, die Fans des Festes hoffen es natürlich auch, wie auch die bisher bestätigten Bands.

Selbstverständlich kann es aus heutiger Sicht mit den gewissen Auflagen (siehe unten „PANDEMIC FAQ“!)  funktionieren und entsprechend geplant werden – zumal es auch ein Live-Streaming-Angebot geben soll.
Schadet es also einen Vorbericht und die Ankündigungen der bands zu posten, wohl kaum!?
Jede/r von uns wäre endlich froh, wenn es nur ein „echtes“ Konzert geben könnte.

Zum Jubiläum des Labels, mit dem sehr speziellen Genre, wird es ein Fest für drei Tage sein – natürlich mal wieder in der Höhle, in Balve!
Schließlich hat sich das bewährt. Das Spezielle!
Wir hatten seinerzeit vom 10-jährige Jubiläum berichtet, welches vielleicht „kleiner“, aber natürlich fein ausfiel – noch im „Geburtsort“ des Labels.
Jene Konzertnacht fand in einer Gaststätte „Kelterhaus“, mit Bestuhlung statt, aber auch schon mit einigen Bands, dies es auch dieses Jahr zum Jubiläum geben wird, u.a. DORNENREICH, SECRETS OF THE MOON, EMPYRIUM, Klimt 1918 (zum Bericht von 1996, im Archiv von https://www.metalglory.de)!! Nun sind weitere 15 Jahre vergangen und das Label hat etliche tolle Bands unter Vertrag bekommen, wie auch zahlreichen Festivals veranstaltet als auch natürlich die gewohnt aufwendigen Releases unter die Leute bringen können.
Daher ist es der logische und auch notwendige Schritt, Feste zu feiern, wenn sie eben fallen und so lang es auch geht:

Selbstverständlich folgen noch einige weitere Acts und man kann ganz stark davon ausgehen, dass auch spezielle Sonderveranstaltungen bzw.  Aktionen stattfinden werden; schließlich ist man seit 2015 in der Balver Höhle von Prophecy nichts anderes gewohnt!!!

Die Hoffnung stirbt bekanntlich zuletzt, die Kultur muss wieder aufleben, wir sehen uns beim FEST in der Höhle!!!

Is Prophecy Fest safe? 
The primary concern of Prophecy Fest is always to provide maximum safety and security to all visitors, artists, and crew alike. This is routinely ensured by coordinated measures in consultation with the responsible authorities both on a local and state level. In addition to regular safety plans regarding emergency services, fire brigades and evacuation plans, the added challenge of the global pandemic is demanding additional hygiene and health concepts. Visitors will be informed of all mandatory rules of conduct that may or may not include wearing of protective masks, quick testing, social distancing, and other measures in regular updates in advance of the event.

What happens, if Prophecy Fest gets cancelled by the authorities?
In the event of a worst case scenario of a complete cancellation of Prophecy Fest by local or federal authorities, ticket holder will be offered a variety of options. Tickets can either be refunded or switched to an online pass with the price difference reimbursed. Alternatively tickets can also be transferred to the next edition. If emergency measures prevent an online version as well, digital tickets will also be refunded.

What can I do?
There is no guarantee of a completely risk free environment during a pandemic. We therefore like to ask all participants to follow hygiene and safety instructions to the letter and stay alert. Please make sure to stay healthy by checking the relevant regulations in advance and to act accordingly at the festival. Do not attend, if you notice symptoms related to the pandemic. Look out for yourselves as well as others. Be considerate and show respect to your fellow attendees, artists, crew, and official authorities. Please do not hesitate to consult with the local emergency services or inform security, if you notice health issues or other problems.
