news. Prophecy Fest complets Prophetic Overture 2026 with NEST

Prophecy Fest completes the running order for the by-now-traditional Thursday opening ceremony PROPHETIC OVERTURE in the shape of a popular outdoor celebration with the addition of Finland’s kantele neofolk act NEST.

This joyful outdoor gathering will commence at 16:00 CEST and mostly offer acoustic sounds over barbecue fire bowls and the always popular welcome drink.

Following NEST, this year’s musical billing on Thursday will feature NEUN WELTEN performing „20 Years of Vergessene Pfade“, and a rare solo concert from SPIRITUAL FRONT vocalist Simone Salvatori.

Prophecy Fest 2026 will bring dark, forward thinking music with an attitude to one of the world’s most fascinating cultural locations, the legendary, natural Balve Cave. The three-day event will commence on Thursday, September 3 and it will conclude with a final concert starting before midnight of Saturday, September 5.
