Formed in Atlanta, GA in 2013, the band built this record around themes of liminality and duality, exploring the space between life and death, dream and consciousness, shadow and light. Tracked between January and April 2026 with producer Alex Parra and drum engineer John Douglass, it’s the band’s most expansive and dynamic-sounding record to date. „Nigredo – Initium“ was the first track written under the band’s new lineup — Scott Taysom (vocals/guitar), Max Brigham (guitar), Rafay Nabeel (bass), and Matt Morris (drums) — and opens the album’s conceptual world. Cover art by Jordan Barlow reflects the record’s themes of transition and duality.
