news. Prophecy Fest 2026 successfully concluded, pre-sale 2027 edition starting

Balve Cave, September 6, 2026: Prophecy Fest 2026 closed its gates last night.

The 2026 edition of Prophecy Fest is history and one for the books. 1,200 visitors and guests peacefully celebrated the music and community they love. Both emergency services and the fest reported no incidents. Apart from a few strong gusts of wind and occasional showers of rain, the weather remained mostly dry and mild during the fest. 
Once again, the cave inspired bands to deliver outstanding shows that will be remembered for many years. Artists and local authorities both emphasised the remarkable positive attitude of the fans, the relaxed atmosphere, and the passionate applause in a constantly full cave.

Prophecy Fest 2027 has been scheduled for September 2-4, 2027. A third of all available passes has been sold at the exclusive pre-sale at the merch desk in the Balve Cave during this year’s edition.

German pagan metal band FALKENBACH have agreed to deliver their first ever live performance with a world-exclusive show in the Balve Cave at the 2027 edition!

Official online pre-sale will start on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 00:01 CEST.
