Weedcraft was created in Puławy in September 2015 as a quartet playing instrumental stoner/doom metal. Over these few years of activity, the band released their debut EP „Weedcraft“ (2015), the album „Satan’s Weedcraft Heavy Spliffs“ (2017) and played a number of live shows both in Poland and abroad: in the Czech Republic and Ukraine. In April 2023, the Warsaw group recorded material for the long-awaited second studio album titled „Żur“. The recording and mixing process took place in Wieloślad Studio (Ketha, Dom Zły, Witchmaster) in cooperation with Michał Ścibior. Magnus Lindberg, a musician of Cult of Luna, who has collaborated with bands such as Entombed, Lucifer and Tribulation, is responsible for the mastering of the record.
