GAEREA, the acclaimed extreme metal band from Portugal, has signed with Century Media Records. Known for a decade of genre-defying music, the band’s 2024 album Coma earned praise from Metal Hammer UK for its “majestic” speed and masterful changes.
To mark the signing, GAEREA release their new track “Submerged”, produced with longtime collaborator Miguel Tereso. The band is currently working on their Century Media debut LP, set for early 2026.

GAEREA have built a reputation for intense live shows across Europe, performing at festivals like Brutal Assault, Alcatraz, and Summer Breeze, and will join Orbit Culture on tour across the UK and Europe in October–November 2025.
