Behind the roll-up door of a warehouse off a nameless dirt road in farm country near Austin, FERVENCE is quietly building something heavy and special. The five-piece progressive metalcore band hails from Reno, Nevada, but in the Summer of 2024, in perhaps the most “Nevada” move of all, the band put all their chips on the table, rolled the dice, and relocated from The Biggest Little City to one of the fastest-growing areas in the country – Austin, Texas. A risky bet for sure, but one that has paid off in spades.
Inspired by bands like Deftones, Architects, and Silent Planet, the FERVENCE sound is an ethereal blend of harsh and lush, navigating between moments of sheer aggression and poignant vulnerability.
