„Throw your problems in the air“, sing Bleeker on their new video for ‘Problems’ released today. Taken from the forthcoming album ‘Self Made’, ‘Problems’ was released as scheduled on March 20th 2020 just as people were being sent home and the world went into 3 months of lockdown. The escapist feel of the track became a favorite with self-isolating fans dealing with the problems of feeling trapped at home. Then as self-isolation turned into social distancing, posted video clips on social media with over 1 million views for TikTok videos featuring the song, and half a million streams.
BLEEKER’s summer tour with Better Noise Music labelmates, AWOLNATION, Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness and The Beaches, was cancelled due to Covid-19, so Bleeker decided to make a video for the track as ‘Problems’ gained popularity.

The band’s first album on Better Noise Music, ERASE YOU garnered a Juno Award nomination for “Breakthrough Group Of The Year,” as well as a breakthrough single, “Highway,” that went to #1 on radio in Canada and Top 10 stateside and was Top 10 in France. The band were featured heavily on European Radio and performed on FRANCE 24 TV, and music show Sur La Scène de Quotidien on their last promo trip to Europe.
BLEEKER’s sound, according to Examiner, is “akin to early Stones meets Cage The Elephant with a splash of Fitz & The Tantrums.”
