30 years of putrefaction, brutality and uncompromising Death Metal! Legendary Spanish band AVULSED are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut album, „Eminence in Putrescence“, and they’re not about to settle for simply looking back and raising a glass to the old days. Fuck no! The band is going all out for this milestone, with a complete re-recording of the album and a four-date mini-tour across Spain, where they will perform it in its entirety for the first time in their history. A true ceremony of devastation!
For this special occasion, AVULSED have re-recorded the entire album, capturing the band’s musical evolution over the past three decades without losing sight of the rotten essence that started it all. The result will be released under the title „Eminence in Putrescence (2026 Redux)“, as a special 2-CD edition bringing past and present together in a single release. CD1 will feature the new „2026 Redux“ version, while CD2 will contain the original 1996 recording, completely untouched, with no remastering or alterations of any kind. The original sound, exactly as it was released 30 years ago!
