Sweden’s AGRIMONIA will release their fifth full-length, „Of the Shadows“, on December 11, 2026 through De:Nihil Records, marking a major new chapter more than eight years after the acclaimed „Awaken“.

Across their previous releases, AGRIMONIA have progressively expanded the vocabulary established on their early records, moving from the raw foundations of sludge and crust toward a broader, more atmospheric form of heavy music.
Their work has appeared through labels including Southern Lord and Profane Existence, while members have also contributed to MARTYRDÖD, MIASMAL, AT THE GATES, CONTORTURE and SWORDWIELDER.
Now „Of the Shadows“ picks up the thread left by „Awaken“ and turns it toward the present, offering a soundtrack for an increasingly uncertain time while occasionally lifting its gaze toward the skies. Rich in contrasts, carefully considered arrangements and melodies that linger long after the music has stopped, the album brings together the different stages of AGRIMONIA’s evolution in a remarkably coherent form.
