News: PROPHECY FEST announce Antimatter, Fire + Ice and Winterfylleth for the 2022 edition in Balve!

Prophecy Fest is adding three more bands to this year’s billing. The festival will take place on three days and nights from Thursday, September 29 to Saturday, October 1 in one of the world’s most fascinating cultural locations, the legendary, natural Cave of Balve („Balver Höhle“).
Due to issues with their schedule, VALBORG sadly had to postpone their appearance to the next issue, but the good news is that the electric alchemists will be replaced by another massive fan-favourite, the UK dark rockers ANTIMATTER. While the number of British bands on this years billing is rising, we are also giving the traditional slot for an excellent band from another label to WINTERFYLLETH, which was an easy choice considering that the English black metal stalwarts are closely connected to fast-rising doom stars ARÐ. And last but sure not least, the third new band on our list are neofolk legends FIRE + ICE, a project formed by English scene veteran Ian Read.
